Pip & Pantalaimon Lingerie at Retro Festival 2019

Posted by philippa Smith on

It was that exciting time of year again, long days, barbeques and one of the biggest retro events in the country. So with bounds of excitement we loaded up our event rails and tables along with our latest designs and set off for a weekend of fun at Retrofestival in Newbury.

The weekend began on Friday afternoon, we spent most of the afternoon and early evening setting up our Vintage inspired retro lingerie in the massive vintage shopping village marquee. Catching up with old friends and getting super excited about another weekend of pure retro nostalgia. We did manage to slip away and get a few laps of the site and we wandered in amongst the beautifully restored cars and bikes.

Once the skies had cleared there was nothing stopping the fun, between the live music on the Black Hanger Stage, the dancing in the Spitfire Pavilion and the Ricky Tick stage there was barely a moment to squeeze in the dare devil motorcycle stunts or to taste all the delightful food options available.

The fun continued to steam through into Sunday

with more swinging music, live demonstrations and lots of our fabulous customers stopping by to take a look at our latest lingerie ranges.

By the time Sunday evening came we were all partied out so it was time to pack up camp and head back to P&P HQ not far away in Oxfordshire
