DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Compared to other brands, we carry a tiny amount of stock and we make a lot of pieces to order. When you order, there’s a chance we might have the whole order in stock, in which case we pack it up and post it usually the next working day. Sometimes, we won’t have any of your order in stock or, most often, we have half of an order in stock. In these most common situations, we get right to sewing your order and send out within two working days. So you shouldn’t really see a difference between wait times whether your order is in stock or not.
There are two shipping rates, light and regular. The light rate is for a set of suspender straps or a pair of stockings etc, because they are super light and don't cost as much to ship. Everything else falls into the regular weight category.

Exchanges & Returns
If you are unhappy with your item in any way, please return to us in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt to exchange or request a refund.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
All garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and with no perfume odours etc.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the garment. Please include your name, order number, address and exchange/return request when sending items back to us.
If you are returning your order from overseas, please clearly mark the package as a return, or we will incur customs fees to import our product back to us, which we can not accept.
Any import duties and import fees remain the responsibility of the buyer, if items are returned to us due to failure to pay required duties then all shipping costs associated with the order will be deducted from any refund given.
Please ensure all parcels are sent to us tracked and signed for. We cannot be responsible for items which go missing in the post on their way back to us.
Refunds will be given on the full cost of item excluding postage and will be credited via the original form of payment.
We regret that we can't accept returns on hosiery once opened.
The customer is liable for return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of the item, customised or made to order items cannot be altered, cancelled or returned once the order is placed.
Custom items are defined as any change to a garment from the description online, including making to specific measurements or changing colour, quantity of straps etc.
Our Corselettes and Corsets are all made to order to your unique measurements and are therefore defined as custom orders.
Items purchased using gift cards can be returned and exchanged to the same value however we are unable to offer a cash refund. In this instance a credit note/gift card will be issued.
