Here's a little behind-the-scenes story...
Just one week after launching this corselette, I received not one, but six rapid-fire emails from Madonna's styling team, hoping to source one for an upcoming photoshoot.
Unfortunately, the timing couldn't have been worse—I was on holiday.
As a tiny made-to-order business, there isn't a warehouse full of stock waiting to be shipped, and sometimes opportunities like these come down to timing.
Of course, it would have been incredible to see Madonna wearing our Biscotti Corselette. Instead, I'll just have to smile whenever I remember those six increasingly urgent emails landing in my inbox.
For me, it was a wonderful reminder that true craftsmanship can capture attention from the most unexpected places. When every piece is handmade, one at a time, in our little Leicestershire studio, it's rather surreal to know that the same corselette admired by vintage lovers and burlesque performers around the world also caught the eye of one of the biggest names in music.
