Costume Department & Production Company Ordering Policy

I’m very proud that Pip & Pantalaimon lingerie is regularly chosen for film, television and theatre productions. Each piece is handmade to order in my UK studio, using slow, traditional methods, and produced specifically for the wearer it is intended for.

To ensure my business remains sustainable, ethical and viable, the following policy applies to all costume departments, stylists and production companies.

Made to Order & Sustainability Commitment

All lingerie is made to order. I do not hold excess stock, and returned items cannot necessarily be resold. Producing multiple sizes of the same design “just in case” results in unnecessary waste and goes directly against my sustainability pledge.

Ordering Multiple Sizes

Production companies are not permitted to order multiple sizes of the same style with the intention of returning unwanted items.

I will ask for acknowledgement of this policy before I start working on your order.  

Orders placed for several similar sizes of the same product, without policy acknowledgement, may be:

• Cancelled prior to production
• Restricted to a single size per style
  

Sizing Support

I am very happy to help costume departments order accurately:

• I can advise on sizing prior to ordering
• Custom measurements can be accommodated where time allows

Please contact me before ordering if you are unsure which size will be most suitable.

Returns

Returns from production companies are not accepted unless an item is faulty. This applies regardless of whether items have been worn on set.
